At All State Construction, we leverage the power of cutting-edge Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to revolutionize the construction process. Our dedicated and proficient BIM Team employs a host of advanced 3D modeling software tools, including Revit, Navisworks, and Recap. These tools enable us to manage complex projects with multiple trades and existing conditions seamlessly, paving the way for precision and conflict-free construction.
The meticulousness and efficiency of our BIM processes are largely attributed to our use of the Trimble X7 Scanner. This high-tech tool allows our team to accurately capture existing field conditions up to an incredible accuracy of +/- 1/4". Such precision not only ensures that every design adheres to the constraints of the designated space but also plays a pivotal role in generating systems that perfectly fit within these bounds.
A distinguishing feature of our BIM approach is our ability to overlay models on scanned locations. This enables us to provide an accurate depiction of equipment, piping, and ductwork locations long before any physical materials are in place. This level of foresight dramatically streamlines our planning and pre-construction phases, ensuring that every aspect of the project is meticulously planned and coordinated.
Our utilization of BIM technology goes beyond meticulous planning. It serves as a vital tool for identifying potential issues early in the construction process. With this ability, we can develop and implement resolutions well ahead of time, ensuring that any impact on the construction schedule is minimized. Our priority is to deliver on our promise of timely completion without compromising the quality and integrity of our work.
Further enhancing our BIM capabilities is the TopCon Layout System. This advanced system empowers us to accurately record underground pipe routing and illustrate the locations of crucial features such as elbows and welds in relation to landmarks. This detailed recording is instrumental in maintaining accuracy and precision throughout the construction process, while also promoting safety and compliance on-site.
At All State Construction, our goal is to continually advance our construction processes, to meet and exceed our client's expectations. Leveraging BIM modeling, we deliver not just buildings, but innovation, precision, and efficiency on a whole new scale.
